Rack Repair Sizes
- Centurion – Low Guard: Dedicated to the bottom 16″ of the and made to fit 3″,4″ or 5″ uprights. Most cost effective heavy-duty solution for damage to the bottom of the upright or at the base plate.
- Centurion – Mid Guard: Repairs damage up to 48″ of the upright and made to fit 3″, 4″ or 5″ uprights. Choose from teardrop and structural hole patterns.
- Centurion – High Guard: An extension that’s added to the Mid Guard to repair damage up to 13′ and made to fit 3″, 4″, or 5″ uprights
- Centurion – Row Guard: Preventative solution protecting your rack against side impacts it guards and repairs both front and rear uprights. The Row Guard comes in heights of: 24″- 38″ and depths of: 36″ – 48″.
- Centurion Vanguard: Available for additional durability or replacement of a double reinforced column and made to fit 3″, 4″ or 5″ uprights. The VanGuard increases impact resistance of racking ranging from 24″ to 83″ in height.

How Do I Determine What Type of Repair Solution I Need?
The rack repair kit needed is determined based on the highest point of damage with beam levels being taken into consideration. Repair solutions range from our Centurion Low-Guard dedicated to the bottom 13″ and all the way up to 13′ when our Centurion High Guard is installed. Custom options are available upon request.

How Do I Determine What Size Repair Solution I Need?
The repair solution size is based on the highest point of damage with beam levels being taken into consideration. Repair solutions are sized in 12” increments starting at 24” and going to 96” in standard solutions. Custom repair options available upon request.
